“Dr. Hartle and her staff are always so professional, kind, and compassionate. At my most recent visit, I was inexplicably nervous about having a crown removed and replaced, even though I have had numerous crowns and fillings in my 50 years. Dr. Hartle noticed I wasn’t myself and asked me if I was okay. I felt comfortable enough to tell her I was nervous, and she and her assistant Jesvi reassured me throughout the process, taking care to explain each step, describing the noises and sensations I should anticipate, and just generally making sure I was doing okay. Dr. Hartle even called me that afternoon to check in and see how I was doing.
